I recently came across an issue where this specific DNS address wouldn't resolve. I knew it to be correct (gc.ca TLD), and I traced the issue back to the forwarding server not being able to resolve it.
Part of this testing revealed some interesting results. The list below is whether these public DNS servers were able to resolve the name at all.
